In the podcast, I started off by discussing The Cartel, a book that holds a special place in my heart as the first urban fiction novel I ever read. With each read, it felt like a brand new experience, and after researching the authors' story, I knew I had to share it with others. Being friends with both authors on Facebook, I love seeing how they interact with their fans in such a down-to-earth way. As for which book to focus on, I debated doing them all at once or one at a time. Ultimately, I decided to take it one book at a time to fully delve into each story and all its intricacies. While recording the podcast was a new experience for me, it was enjoyable to talk about the authors and their amazing work. I've dubbed the book "The Treacherous Book" due to its intense betrayals, and I can't wait to give you my perspective. Don't forget to tune in and check out the poll I've added to hear what book you want me to talk about next. Thanks for listening!
